Happy 250th birthday, USA! Soak up the sunshine and join us for one our most loved traditions - The Goldenaires Summer Picnic! Join us for a fun-filled day that begins at the bocce ball courts with light-hearted competition. Check in for bocce begins at 9:00am, followed by open play from 9:30-11:30am. No experience required and all levels welcome. Bocce will be followed by games in the courtyard of the beautiful Lonatese Gardens at the Community Center from 11:30am-12:30pm Test your skill and luck on a variety of games with a chance to lots of different prizes including a Goldenaires Gift Certificate.

Lunch begins at 12:30 and includes BBQ chicken, sides and dessert. Vegetarian options available upon request. Soda and Iced Tea available for purchase for $2. Lunch will be indoors. After lunch, we’ll play Bingo - $1 per card or 6 cards for $5 with cash prizes for the winners. (Max 6 cards, bring $1 bills)

Our afternoon tea will feature an array of irresistible treats — from buttery scones to delicious finger sandwiches, sumptuous savories, and bite-sized desserts that are almost too pretty to eat. Of course, there will be perfectly brewed tea to sip and savor with every bite.

Dress in your Royal-Tea Best if you wish, and make an afternoon of it! This is the perfect chance to share laughter, conversation, and a few decadent moments on a refined yet relaxed afternoon with friends.

This special Tea Event is limited to just 28 guests (seated at intimate tables of 4), so don’t wait — reserve your spot with the Goldenaires Office by Friday, January 9, 2026.
